This is what $160 million in York, Lancaster and Chester county land sales has bought

High-end land sales in York, Lancaster and Chester counties heated up in June, with more than a dozen sales each coming in at more than $1 million.

Land records from those three counties show there were 15 such sales at about $160 million combined.

The sales included apartment complexes, new and resale homes, farm land and other sites. Here’s a look at the sales:

More than 21 acres of Lancaster County property sold June 4 for $68 million. New York City-based 5209 Craftsman SC LLC bought the Mason at Six Mile Creek apartments in Indian Land from Psreg Six Mile Creek Owner LP. The sale includes five buildings, all constructed last year, at a more than 200,000 combined square feet.

The Stone Haven Pointe apartments in Rock Hill sold for almost $34.2 million. Rock Hill SI LLC bought the 18-acre property on Stoneypointe DRive from SRC Stone Haven Pointe Inc. on June 24. The property includes 13 three-story buildings at more than 18,000 square feet each, plus a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse with pool. The sites were built in 1996.

Gastonia, N.C.-based Southwood Commons at Fort Mill LLC bought about 10 acres at 120 Embassy Drive in Fort Mill on June 23 for almost $25.7 million. The sale includes the Commons at Fort Mill apartment complex. There are six three-story apartment buildings at about 27,000 square feet each plus a more than 3,000-square-food clubhouse.

The 104,000-square-foot Stateline Logistics Center at 145 Steele Pointe Drive sold June 18 for $13.3 million. Built last year, the site in Lakemont Business Park near Carowinds already has tenants signed on including STIWA US Inc. and 3D Digital Solutions. GID Industrial, a private industrial real estate group out of Boston, bought the site.

“This was a successful and seamless closing for Crescent Communities, in a market where we are continuing to grow,” Crescent managing director of industrial Bryan Blythe said in a release following the sale. “We’re excited to see what’s next as we continue to expand our industrial footprint in the Carolinas and beyond.”

A home site and farm land on River Road in Lancaster County sold June 17 for almost $3.3 million. The almost six-acre home site at 8060 Red River Road has an almost 2,000-square-foot house built in 1952. Almost 39 acres of vacant land surrounds it, and was part of the sale. The Lancaster County Water and Sewer District bought the property.

A new McDonalds may be on the way to Indian Land. More than an acre of vacant commercial property at the corner of Shelley Mullis Road and Charlotte Highway sold June 24 for almost $2.2 million. McDonalds Real Estate Company out of Chicago bought the Indian Land site from Sam’s Commercial Properties.

A 6,900-square-foot home at 506 Bland Wood Ct. sold June 18 for more than $1.8 million. The home is in the Springfield subdivision of Fort Mill.

A new home at 419 Bramble Way in Fort Mill sold June 14 for almost $1.8 million. It’s located in The Bramble neighborhood.

Brooks Family Land LLC aquired two Chester County properties on June 18 for $1.65 million. One site is almost 257 acres on Moffitt Creek Road, near Hopewell Church Road. The other is 341 acres just beside it. Both were sold by the Moss family.

A more than five-acre commercial site at 603 Sandburg Mill Way in Rock Hill sold June 16 for almost $1.5 million. The property is on Herlong Avenue, near India Hook Road. Norcross, Ga.-based Century Communities Southeast LLC bought the property from BiFiorenza Sai Croft LLC. The site includes three homes, at least two of them built in the 1940s.

A 5,300-square-foot home at 1675 Aragon Beach Road in Rock Hill sold June 16 for $1.4 million. The home is on the Little Allison Creek shorefront of Lake Wylie.

Almost two acres of vacant commercial land sold June 24 for $1.3 million. A Pittsford, N.Y.-based company bought the property on S.C. 160 West, between Vandora Springs Road and Keating Place Drive. The site is directly in front of the Fieldstone at Waterstone townhome development, near Tega Cay. Stone Acres LLC sold the site.

An almost 5,000-square-foot home at 268 Horton Grove Road in Fort Mill sold June 21 for almost $1.3 million. The home is in the Springfield subdivision.

Almost 260 acres on Pleasant Plains Road in Lancaster County sold June 28 for $1.2 million. The Thomas C. Gregory Limited Family Partnership bought the Kershaw property from Haile Gold Mine. The timber property runs along Pleasant Plains on either side of Mustardseed Road.

Haile Gold Mine aquired 64 acres along the Lancaster and Kershaw counties line from Thomas C. Gregory Limited Family Partnership on June 28 for $1.2 million.
