South Pointe substitute teacher accused of touching female students

A substitute teacher at South Pointe High School was arrested after allegedly grabbing the breasts of a student and slapping another on the butt, according to a Rock Hill Police Department report.

Theodore Samuel Thornburg, 44, of 1887 Mount Holly Road was charged on Saturday with aggravated assault and assault and battery after police say he touched the two girls during P.E. class Friday, the report said.

Thornburg was released on a $6,085 bond Monday morning, police said.
