GREAT FALLS -- Two Great Falls men died Tuesday in a head-on collision, authorities said.
Christopher Ike Isenberg, 25, and Frank Lathan, 73, died after their vehicles collided on S.C. 99 around 3:10 p.m., according to the S.C. Highway Patrol.
Authorities say Lathan was traveling north along S.C. 99 in a 1991 Dodge pickup truck when his truck crossed the center line into the southbound lane and struck Isenberg's 2005 Kia head-on.
Isenberg was airlifted to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, where he died. Lathan died at Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster. Isenberg did not wear a seat belt, while Lathan did, said Highway Patrol Cpl. Bryan McDougald.

The wreck marks the third fatality on S.C. 99 this year, Tinker said.
