The city's annual salute to spring, the Come-See-Me Festival kicked off Thursday evening with a parade that started on South Oakland Avenue. Tomorrow's festivities include road races, the Mayor's Frog Jump, a Cornhole Throwdown, Hops at the Park and Gourmet Gardens. First Saturday events this year are at Winthrop Lake, located at 1162 Eden Terrace, Rock Hill. The festival ends April 21. For more information on live music and other events, go to comeseeme.org.
