Construction crews are completing demolition of an old bridge on S.C. Hwy. 9 between Chester and Lancaster counties over the Catawba River today through Thursday, and possibly Friday.
Fort Lawn police will stop traffic on the new bridge and the S.C. Department of Natural Resources will stop boating traffic on the Catawba River for about an hour beginning around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Work is likely to last through Thursday, and possibly Friday.
