Narcotics investigators have arrested a York man that police say has four previous drug convictions.
Nira Lamonkinte Roseboro, 34, of 530 California Circle, had crack cocaine, marijuana, digital scales and packaging materials within a half-mile of York Recreational Center, according to a York County Sheriff’s office report.
Roseboro was charged by officers with the York County Multijurisdictional Drug Unit with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, fifth offense; possession with intent to distribute near a park; and possession of marijuana, records show.
