A York teenager faces drug-dealing charges after police caught him with four bags of marijuana, according to a York Police report.
Authorities stopped the 16-year-old boy for traffic violations while driving through a parking lot off East Liberty Street at 10:45 p.m. Feb. 7, the report states. Officers smelled marijuana in the vehicle and began questioning the suspect.
Police determined the boy had four baggies of marijuana in his possession. He was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. Police did not identify the boy because he is a minor.
