A York teenager believes she was raped in exchange for drugs, according to a York Police report.
The 18-year-old reported the attack soon after it happened around 6:30 p.m. April 9. The woman told police she was riding in a car with a roommate when they stopped at a home on Taylor Street so her roommate could pick up a CD. The roommate invited the alleged victim to come inside, the report states.
Once inside, the woman was cornered in a bathroom where a man forced her to have sex with him, she told police. He then pulled her into a bedroom where the man and a second male suspect continued to attack her sexually, the report states.
The woman told police that during the attack she heard her roommate ask for drugs. The victim told police she believes she was “sold” for the drugs.

After she left the home, the victim reported the crime to police. Police executed a search warrant at the home and recovered a used condom, some bedding and drug paraphernalia at the scene.
However, the woman could only identify the attackers as black males in their 20s or 30s. She could not pick out her attacker from a photo lineup, the report states.
She said a third man, a white male, also was present but did not participate in the attack, the report states.
No arrests were made initially, but the case is under investigation.
