Clerks at two York County convenience stores were arrested Friday after undercover informants under the age of 21 purchased beer from them.
Alfred Eugene Roberts Sr., 61, of Clover, was arrested and issued a citation for selling alcohol to a minor after two informants bought two bottles of Bud Light at the Four Lane Dive at 1233 N. Highway 321, according to York County Sheriff’s reports.
In York, Nicole Prado, 19, sold beer to confidential informants under 21 at Tony’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant at 40 N. Congress St. Deputies arrested and cited Prado.
The York County Sheriff’s Office worked with Keystone Substance Abuse Center to make the arrests.
