A York woman will not be charged after she walked topless in the roadway on Monday, police say.
At 9 p.m., a woman called deputies and said another woman, 53, took off her top and began to walk up the road, according to a York County Sheriff’s report.
The topless woman put her shirt back on, but then walked in the other woman’s yard and began digging around in the dirt, the report states.
A magistrate decided not to issue a warrant for indecent exposure.
