Police used a Taser to apprehend a man accused of beating a woman inside a York apartment, according to a York Police report.
The report states neighbors called police Aug. 9 to report a suspected domestic violence incident. Police arrived and found a frightened woman at the door of the home.
She appeared to have fresh marks consistent with a physical attack, the report states.
A man inside the apartment refused to cooperate with police and took an aggressive stance with his fists towards the officers, the report states.
