Police used a Taser gun to subdue an unruly suspect last week, according to a York Police report.
The report states an officer responded to a disturbance at a home off First Street around 11 p.m. Sept. 3.
The officer found two men in a tussle on the ground, with one man holding down the unruly man, the report states.
When the officer tried to detain the suspect, he began kicking the officer and grabbed him, the report states.

The officer then stepped back and fired his Taser to bring the suspect under control.
The man was highly intoxicated, the report states. It is unclear what started the disturbance.
The suspect, 24-year-old Joseph Stewart, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
