Way to go Choraliers

My daughter and I had the opportunity of traveling with the Choraliers to Columbia on Friday March 27. We would like to congratulate them on a wonderful performance.

They won first place in the competition. Mr. Jay Forest the director always amazes us with the talent that he possesses. The Choraliers are a great group of students. They represent Clover and Clover High School with their courteous attitudes, talent and friendliness very well.

New Cold War

Our military policy makers, whoever they now are, must very soon realize that we are now engaged in a new Cold War, this time by proxy. North Korea is the proxy of communist China and Iran is the proxy of Russia. I believe that most Americans agree that we have to win.

I hope that the provably glib, allegedly brilliant president of the United States understands that.
