YORK — Police arrested a York County couple last weekend after they were accused of having sex in a restaurant bathroom.
York police were called to the Huddle House restaurant on East Liberty Street at 2:45 a.m. Saturday when a restaurant manager reported seeing two guests engaged in sexual activities in the diner’s bathroom, according to a York Police incident report.
The manager reported the incident to an off-duty officer working security at the restaurant and he found a 20-year-old York man against the bathroom wall with his pants open, the report states. The man was accompanied by a 20-year-old Clover woman. Both individuals smelled like alcohol and admitted to drinking earlier in the night, the report states.
On-duty police arrived at the scene and arrested the two individuals.
They were charged with public disorderly conduct and minor possession of alcohol.
