The bride is the daughter of John and Vanessa Clinton of Clover. She is the granddaughter of Terry Dean and Helen Clinton of Lake Wylie and the late William Charles "Bill" Wood and Edna Brakefield Wood. She graduated in 2006 from York Technical College in Rock Hill and is employed with Guardian Fidelity Mortgage in York.

The bridegroom is the son of Leisa Huffstetler of Cherryville, N.C., and Tommy and Jo Richmond Huffstetler of York. He is the grandson of Lonnie Jr. and Betty Foster of Marion, N.C., Caroline Nadine Foster of Gastonia, N.C., Pauline Spencer Huffstetler and the late Thomas Edgar Huffstetler. He graduated in 2007 from York Technical College in Rock Hill and is employed with Horne Heating and Air Conditioning in Charlotte.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, John Clinton.
Maid of honor was Starr Sanders, cousin of the bride, of York.
