Sisk choir performs

Everyone is invited to Sisk Memorial Baptist Church,115 Massey St., Fort Mill, for "A Night of Praise" presented by the Celebration Choir 7 p.m. Saturday, May 23.

The event is a fundraiser for the choir. A nursery will be provided. For more information, call Sharon Porter, minister of music/pianist at 547-2537 or send an e-mail to music@smbc7.org.

As part of the Philly concert series, Philadelphia United Methodist Church, 1691 Hwy. 160 West, Fort Mill, is proud to host GENESIS - an all women gospel group - 7 p.m. Sunday, May 31.

This will be an evening of entertainment sure to inspire and enlighten. Childcare will be provided. Admission is free, but a love offering will be taken for the performers.

Church hosts classical concert

Students of harpist Joan Johnson will present a concert with 15 harps

7 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, at Grace Presbyterian Church, 2955 Hwy. 160 West. Fort Mill. Hear Beethoven, Haydn as well as popular, Celtic, Latin and more for harp and handbells. For more information, call Joan Johnson, 548-3832.

Friends and family invited

Jerusalem Baptist Church of Fort Mill will be celebrating its annual Family and Friends Day 10 a.m. Sunday, May 24, during morning service. Everyone is invited to worship and enjoy dinner.
