Report: Husband punches wife’s lover in hot tub
A Tega Cay man punched his wife’s alleged lover after he caught the two in a hot tub together, according to a Tega Cay Police report.
The report states the 38-year-old husband went to a Bon Villa Way home around 2 a.m. one night last week looking for his wife. He found her having sex with another man in a hot tub, the report states. The husband began to argue with the other man and the woman ran away on foot, the report states. The husband allegedly punched the second man.
Police arrived and broke up the argument. Neither party wished to press criminal charges.

String of car break-ins hits Walden Park
At least six cars in a Fort Mill neighborhood were broken into overnight last weekend, according to Fort Mill Police reports.
The incidents happened between midnight Friday and early Saturday morning in the Walden Park neighborhood in Fort Mill. Vehicles parked along Somerton Drive, Ryans Place, Belfield Lane and Walden Park Lane were targeted. Most of the vehicles were unlocked. One car owner told police the thieves pried open the lock on his car.
Thieves stole credit cards, wallets, purses and tools stored in the vehicles. Victims reported suspicious transactions at gas stations and restaurants in Rock Hill, Gastonia and Belmont were charged to the missing cards, the report states. The case is under investigation.
Man arrested after falling asleep behind wheel
A Fort Mill man was charged with reckless driving and possession of marijuana after police found him allegedly passed out at the wheel of his car in the middle of the street, according to a Fort Mill Police report.
The incident happened on White Street near Main Street in Fort Mill just before 8 a.m. Oct. 10. When an officer approached the stopped vehicle, he found the driver unconscious behind the wheel with the vehicle still running and in gear. The officer determined the man was still breathing and called EMS to revive him, the report states.
After he regained consciousness, the man did not appear to be drunk, but he admitted to taking two prescription pills not prescribed to him, according tot he report. He also told police he had not slept in five days.
The report states police also allegedly found a small amount of marijuana in his possession. The suspect, who was arrested at the scene, was identified as 20-year-old Evan Michael Boxrud of 118 Banks St., Fort Mill.
