Fort Mill resident Rod Imhoff has formed the Fort Mill Mudders club to give local athletes an opportunity to meet new challenges.
“Mud” refers to a variety of obstacle races.
“The mud competitions are about challenging yourself regardless of your fitness or experience background,” Imhoff said. “They are designed to be challenging at multiple levels. Mud challenges are a combination of distance and obstacles that will challenge both runners and strength athletes.”
The Fort Mill Mudders club is designed for anyone who has completed or is considering a mud run.
“Training together, we will push each other to achieve individual and club goals by sharing opportunities, locations for training, and tips on obstacles,” Imhoff said. Details: FortMillMudders.com.
