A Rock Hill man arrested for driving under the influence changed his story about his age and the amount he’d had to drink, according to a police report.
The man, 42, was pulled over on Dave Lyle Boulevard on Monday night after an officer saw his headlight was out, he was driving 54 mph in a 45 mph zone, he crossed the double yellow lines and changed lanes twice for no reason.
When the officer stopped the car, the man had slurred speech, was sweating and appeared nervous, the report states. When asked for his driver’s license, the man replied, “Who me?”
He then gave officers a birth date from 1938, before changing his birth date to 1971. He also told officers he’d only had one beer, but then said he’d had three beers and half of the Four Loko beverage officers found inside the car.
