A Rock Hill woman is facing a third shoplifting charge after she allegedly shoved nearly $200 worth of clothing into her designer handbag.
Security officers reportedly saw Andrea Maria Dickerson, 28, stealing several items of children’s clothing at Sears on Dave Lyles Boulevard on Sunday. Dickerson reportedly put $196 worth of clothes into a blue Michael Kohrs purse, then walked out of the store without paying. She was only stopped by loss prevention once she reached the parking lot.
The clothing was returned to the store, and Dickerson was charged with shoplifting third offense. Dickerson has two previous convictions for shoplifting and one for forgery.
