Six gambling machines were confiscated by authorities Wednesday afternoon.
A complainant called the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division about gambling machines at T&T Express Mart on Pole Branch Road, according to York County Multijurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit commander Marvin Brown.
Authorities seized six gaming machines from the building and confiscated approximately $1,303, according to a York County Sheriff’s Office report.
The owner of the T&T Express Mart has a pending charge of operating a gaming house, the report states. A judge will determine whether the machines were legal or not, Brown said. The owner did not have a lottery license.
