A York man accused of burglary has been reportedly spying on witnesses related to the incident.
Dillon Cody Hullett, 17, has been arrested for various burglary, larceny, and criminal conspiracy charges, according to a criminal background check from the state law enforcement division.
An 18-year-old man is allegedly a witness in one of the burglary cases, according to a York County Sheriff’s Office report.
Monday night, a woman living on Perla Road reported to York County deputies that Hullett and another man drove a red BMW to the 18-year-old’s home on the same street.
Hullett was reportedly arguing with the victim and telling the man to meet him at a field, but no threats were made. The victim allegedly “wanted his round” with Hullett, he told deputies.
On Tuesday afternoon, Hullett purportedly drove to the other man’s Perla Road house again, the report states. This time, Hullett was said to be seen in a Honda Civic with blue rims.
A 17-year-old woman who lives with the victim also told police Hullett has driven past the residence, yelling comments intended for the victim.
Hullett was arrested and charged with intimidation of court official, juror or witness. He is held at the York County Detention Center.
