Rock Hill police arrested a Rock Hill woman wanted by Chester County and state Division of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services shortly after midnight on Tuesday.
Police arrested Detra Lyles, 45, of 647 Annfrel St. while patrolling the Gable Oaks Apartments.
Police initially observed an Oldsmobile sedan with its headlights on in the parking with one person in the passenger seat. The passenger, Lyles, said she was waiting for her friend who had gone inside to an unknown apartment.
The driver, Antoine C. Smith, 32, of 2424 Adkins St., returned to the car, according to the police report.

Rock Hill police discovered that Lyles was wanted by the Division of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services for a drug violation and by the Chester County Sheriff’s office for a traffic offense.
They also discovered that Smith had two bench warrants outstanding in the city for traffic violations, according to the police report.
Police took Lyles to the York/Chester county line where sheriff’s deputies took her into custody. Smith was taken to the Rock Hill Law Center where he was served with the traffic warrants.
