A York Co. woman is charged with felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury after she allegedly collided with a motorcyclist late Sunday near Clover, troopers said.
Janelle Christine Littlejohn, 26, has been charged with felony DUI and having an open container in a vehicle. The crash happened just after 7 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. 321 and Jim McCarter Road, said Lance Cpl. Gary Miller of the S.C. Highway Patrol.
Littlejohn, driving a 2009 Toyota SUV, collided with a 1995 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, Miller said. The motorcyclist, a 22-year-old man from Clover, was ejected during the crash and was later airlifted to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, Miller said.
Miller said Littlejohn was over the legal blood alcohol limit at the time of the crash.
Littlejohn was released from the York County jail Monday afternoon on $10,000 bond, jail officials said.
