Lancaster County authorities have arrested a fourth man in connection with the shooting of a Fort Mill man found dead in Indian Land last week.

Nachon Jakeh Hayden, 22, was arrested Monday morning and charged with murder, said Doug Barfield, a spokesman for the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.

Hayden is the fourth person to be charged in the fatal shooting of Fort Mill resident Randy Tran, 20, who was found dead April 5 in a wooded area on Little River Road in Indian Land. Barfield said investigators received information that Hayden was at a home on Mountain Ridge Court less than a mile from where Tran’s body was found last week.

David Antonio Kucinski, 21, was arrested Thursday at a Charlotte motel. Authorities on Friday arrested Chris Dawan Glass Jr., 22, of Fort Mill and Tony Eugene Maynard, 21, of Indian Land. Both were charged with murder.

Deputies were called to the wooded area in Indian Land just before 7 p.m. April 5. Neighbors told deputies they saw Kucinski outside an orange car in the road at the top of their driveway moving an apparently unconscious man from the trunk of the car. The victim appeared to have blood on his face and head, and Kucinski appeared to have blood on his clothes and arms, investigators said.

The witnesses called 911 and walked to the roadway, but Kucinski and the car were gone. Deputies and crime scene investigators discovered Tran’s body a few yards off the road.

Tran’s orange Scion was found abandoned in Charlotte early Thursday, authorities said.

Investigators have released few details about a possible motive for the killing.
