The high school volleyball playoffs start Monday, and six Herald-area teams will take the floor in postseason action.
In Class AAAA, Fort Mill, Clover, Northwestern, Rock Hill and Nation Ford will all compete in the Upper State playoffs starting Tuesday. Indian Land will compete in the Class A Upper State playoffs starting Monday.
No. 1 seed Northwestern will host No. 4 seed Spring Valley on Tuesday. Rock Hill, also a No. 1 seed, will host No. 4 seed Nation Ford.
Fort Mill, a No. 2 seed, will host Ridge View, a No. 3 seed. Clover, a No. 3 seed, will play at No. 2 seed Blythewood.

Indian Land, a No. 3 seed, will play at No. 2 Williston-Elko at 6 p.m. Monday.
The Class A state championship match will take place on Nov. 8 at White Knoll High School.
