Wade Hampton 38, Rock Hill 21
The defending Upper State Champion Wade Hampton Generals scored the first 10 points of the third quarter to break the game open and cruised to a 38-21 victory over Rock Hill in the Class 5A third-round playoffs Monday night in Greenville.
The Generals (18-4) advance to play Woodmont in the Upper State final at 5 p.m. Saturday at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville.

Wade Hampton took a 9-4 lead after one quarter. Leading 15-13 at halftime, the Generals began the third period with a 10-0 run and led 29-16 when it was over.
The Bearcats (22-4) managed just three free throws in the third quarter, eight points in the second half, and did not record a field goal in the second half until there were 35 seconds left in the game.
Bre Watts scored nine points to lead Wade Hampton. Rikoya Anderson led Rock Hill with a game-high 12 points.
Great Falls and Lewisville Battle Tuesday night
The Great Falls Red Devils and the Lewisville Lions will battle in the Class A third round playoffs Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at South Pointe High School.
Great Falls brings a mark of 19-4 into the third round battle, while Lewisville has a record of 16-8. The two rivals from Region 2A have played twice during the regular season. Each won on its home floor.
Nation Ford Hosts Wade Hampton
The Nation Ford Falcons will host the Wade Hampton Generals Tuesday night at 7 p.m. in the third round of the Class 5A playoffs.
Nation Ford, fresh from a win over Gaffney this past Saturday night, takes a record of 18-6 into the contest.
Chester Travels to Walhalla
The Chester Cyclones travel to Walhalla Tuesday to take on the Walhalla Razorbacks in the third round of the Class 3A playoffs.
Chester carries an overall record of 17-5 into the game, which is scheduled for 7 p.m.
