Doubling their win total from last season, Fort Mill won its second game of the season pounding Lewisville 49-0.
Fort Mill is now 2-2, while Lewisville fell to 0-4 on the season. The second win for the Jackets was just as big for Fort Mill as the first one for the evolving program. The Jackets opened the season with a win over Lugoff-Elgin, but had dropped the past two.
"We played good the last two weeks in spurts," said Jackets' coach Ed Susi. "I'm glad to see us come out with energy, fire and confidence. We still have a long way to go. The more these guys believe in themselves, the better off we will be."
Fort Mill put together 314 yards of offense and held the Lions to just 129, all coming on the ground. The game was over by the half as Fort Mill rebounded from a blowout loss last week against Clover.

Junior quarterback Preston Fry passed for 150 yards on 6-for-7 passing. He ran for two touchdowns and threw for three more. Senior Asa Kryst ran for 39 yards and scored two touchdowns as well.
The Jackets wasted no time coming out and establishing some dominance as Fry hit sophomore Tony Godbolt on a 41-yard pass just four plays into the game to put Fort Mill ahead in just 1:35.
Lewisville fumbled on their first series after just four plays giving the ball back to Fort Mill at the 36-yard line. Again, the Jackets wasted no time as Fry hit senior Trent Butler on the opening play for a 30-yard pass to put them at the six-yard line. Kryst ran in from four yards out to go up 14-0.
After stopping Lewisville on defense again, Fort Mill did the same thing as they did in the first two series on offense.
Two plays into the drive they scored again. This time it was a little Tim Tebow jump pass from Fry to junior Nick Raszeja, who turned it into a 50-yard touchdown run.
Fort Mill's fourth drive took a little longer, but the results were the same. Fry ran in from 15 yards out on the sixth play of the drive to go up by four scores before the end of the first quarter.
Fry was 5-for-5 for 132 yards in the first quarter and opened the second quarter scoring on a five play drive. Fry hit Butler for an 18-yard pass after another poor offensive performance by Lewisville who was forced to punt yet again.
The punt gave Fort Mill the ball at the Lions 39-yard line.
Lewisville didn't pick up a first down until midway through the second quarter. It would be their only one of the half. The Lions didn't help themselves either getting four penalties for 28 yards, which ended up pushing Fort Mill closer to the end zone each and every time. The Lions didn't cross midfield the first half.
With just over a minute left in the first half, Fry and Raszeja led the Jackets down the field to score again, on a two-yard quarterback sneak.
Kryst scored his second touchdown of the game in the Jackets opening drive of the third quarter on a 10-yard run as the drive ate up most of the clock.
Fort Mill's second string defense was put in after the score and Lewisville was able to cross the 50-yard line for the first time all game. Despite the gains, the Lions fumbled and gave the ball back to Fort Mill on the fifth play of the drive.
The best news for Lewisville was LarVanski Gaither, who rushed for 94 yards on 17 carries and Omar Talford, who ran for 43 yards on seven carries.
