TV/radio: FM 107.1
Need to know: The Trojans are going for their 10th straight win against York, but enter Thursday night’s contest as the decided underdogs. This will be a huge test for the Northwestern defense, but also for Northwestern's offense. The Trojans are averaging over six yards per carry, funny for a team known for throwing the ball. Dupree Hart and Jerry Howard will need to have big nights for Northwestern to have a chance.

Last meeting: Fort Mill won 35-21 (2013)

Players to watch: FM- Sr. ATH Chandler Kryst, Sr. WR Brandon Plyler, Sr. OL Kyle Rapoza, Sr. LB Josh Gast, Jr. QB Rogan Wells; C- Sr. DB R.J. Moore, Jr. RB Colton Barnes, Sr. DB Coby Hamblen, Sr. FB Zach Conrad, Sr. OL Charles McClure
TV/radio: FM 104.1
Need to know: Clover better take advantage of the ball when it has possession Thursday night because Fort Mill is one of the best ball control teams in the area (Clover’s probably second best). The Yellow Jackets are converting 60 percent of their third downs this season and have only punted seven times all year. Coming off a bye week, Clover catches Fort Mill at a good time - right after a disappointing loss for the Yellow Jackets - and this is as good a time as any for the Blue Eagles to pick off a region win.
Union at South Pointe
Coaches: UC- Steve Taneyhill, third year; SP- Strait Herron, fourth year
Records: UC- 2-3; SP- 2-3
Last week: Union was idle; South Pointe was idle
Last meeting: South Pointe won 41-7 (2011)
Points scored/allowed: UC- 26.8/29; SP- 21.6/24.6
Players to watch: UC- Soph. WR Shi Smith (already has offers from South Carolina, Appalachian State and Towson), Jr. WR Roscoe Johnson, Jr. QB Di’arrius Smith; SP- Jr. DB Nick McCloud, Sr. WR Deshawn Davis, Sr. LB Marveon Mobley, Sr. OL Bryan Binford, Sr. RB Shawn McCullough, Sr. LB Ty Barber
TV/radio: Cable 103 and 1103, WRHI.com
Need to know: Union and South Pointe both came through a tough non-region schedule 2-3, but questions abound on both sides still. It’s hard to say which team emerged from its first five games strongest, but both should be fresh and ready for a fight Thursday after bye weeks.
