A world of films coming to Old Town
The Underexposed Film Festival yc welcomes returning filmmakers and introduces a new group of emerging directors and storytellers from 16 countries around the world. The selections tell unique stories and gives the audience four days of film Nov. 4-7. Thirty-eight films from five continents have been selected to screen in competition.
Screenings will be at the Community Performance Center, 249 E. Main St., Amélie’s Uncorked, 157 E. Main St., and Dina’s Place at Winthrop University’s DiGiorgio Campus Center, 2020 Alumni Drive with after parties at various restaurants and venues in Old Town Rock Hill. Director’s Choice films, curated by festival director Karen Collins, will be announced later.
Tickets start at $6 per block in advance. Only 75 festival passes are available. Tickets and more information may be found at underexposedfilmfestivalyc.org.
