Car catches fire at McDonalds drive-through in Sumter

Sumter emergency responders were forced to secure a McDonalds drive-through Monday morning after a vehicle caught fire.

The Sumter Police Department posted pictures of the fire to their Facebook page.

So far there have been no reported injuries from the fire, which broke out at the McDonalds on North Lafayette Drive, but officials are urging motorists and pedestrians to stay away from the area.
