“When creating the menu for The Bar, our team drew inspiration from the vibrant community of tenants here at Optimist Hall,” general manager David Schmidt said in a news release. “We’re eager to see how Charlotteans pair our drinks with some of the best food in town and bring a news tyle of beverage service to guests.”
The bar is owned by Hibernian Hospitality Group, the team behind Canopy Cocktails and Charlotte Beer Garden.

The Bar at Optimist Hall will be open Sunday-Thursday from 11 a.m.-9 p.m., staying open until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
