DWTS' Lindsay Arnold Details Breastfeeding Her Newborn Son After Boob Job

Lindsay Arnold keeps it candid.

Arnold, 32, opened up about breastfeeding less than five months after getting a boob job during a Q&A via Instagram on Tuesday, June 30. "It's going SO well 🥹," she captioned a mirror selfie of herself cradling Hayes, whom she welcomed on June 10 with husband Sam Cusick.

The Dancing With the Stars pro continued, "I was curious with how it would go as I knew there was a chance I wouldn't be able to after my augmentation and left but happy to report that it's been the exact same experience as it was with my girls! Milk supply has been great, no issues latching and I'm just really grateful 🫶."

Arnold also shared that she got cleared by her doctor to start "light activity" after giving birth. "Mom and dad workout classes are back in action, and I'm so happy about it!" she captioned a pic of herself in a gym set.

Arnold went on to say that her doctor instructed her to "listen to [her] body" and stop "if something hurts, doesn't feel right or makes me feel more pain afterwards."

"This is my third C-section so I do feel that I'm more confidently aware of how my body is feeling through the healing process since I've done this before," Arnold added, noting that she's walking on a treadmill, doing light arm workouts and postnatal core work.

"Everyone is different and everyone's healing journey is different," she concluded the post.

Arnold, who has been candid about her breast augmentation and lift since she made the decision to go under the knife, announced that Hayes was born on June 11 via Instagram. At the time, she shared photos of herself holding her little one in a hospital bed alongside Cusick, 32. "Baby boy is here and we are so grateful and so in love 🥹💙," she gushed.

The parents shared Hayes' name two days later via social media. "Hayes Duff Cusick 🩵 our son blessed our lives forever on 6/10/26 at 8:01am🫶🏻 7lbs 18.5in of pure heaven and we feel so beyond grateful that he is ours 🥹," Arnold captioned a photo of her son dressed in blue-and-white pajamas and a matching beanie. "Middle name twins with his grandpa Joshua Duff Arnold🥹."

Arnold and Cusick are also the parents of Sage, 5, and June, 3.
