Mr. and Mrs. Edward Cash Brimer, Jr. of Sharon, SC are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Casha Nicole Brimer to Michael Todd Whitaker, both of Sharon. Michael is the son of Todd and Teresa Whitaker, also of Sharon. Miss Brimer is the granddaughter of Cherry Rose of York, and the late Manning Rose, Edward Cash Brimer, Sr., and Ruth Coleman Brimer. Casha graduated from York Comprehensive High School in 2007. She has an Associate's in Science from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Health Care Management from Winthrop University. She is employed by Agape Senior Post Acute Care Center as Financial Counselor.

Mr. Whitaker is the grandson of Jack and Annette Whitaker of Smyrna, Hazel Montgomery of Sharon, and the late Edward Montgomery. Michael graduated from York Comprehensive High School in 2005. He is currently employed by Qure Medical in Rock Hill as the Senior Process Engineer.

The wedding is planned for September 19, 2015 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Brimer in Sharon, SC.
