Kelsey Grace Williams and James Stuart Moore, Jr., both of Rock Hill, SC, will be married July 18, 2015 at Oakland Avenue Presbyterian Church in Rock Hill.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Karl Williams of Rock Hill. She graduated in 2013 from Clemson University and is employed as a teacher by Rock Hill School District 3.

The groom-elect is the son of Ms. Susan Hollis Moore and Mr. James Stuart Moore, Sr. of Rock Hill. He graduated in 2012 from Clemson University and is employed by Williams & Fudge.
