Honk shooooo. Honk shoooo. Is there anything better than a good night's sleep? Personally, I love a good night's rest - almost as much as I love my bedtime routine. It's so relaxing! I like to dim the lights, do my skincare, and then read a little. So I can totally relate to a Golden Retriever named Benny, who had his routine down pat.

Benny's human really loves it when she sees her boy get ready for bed. The Golden Retriever likes things just so - and it's so stinkin' cute.

I can deeply relate to Benny's routine. The Golden likes to be comfy! There's nothing wrong with that. The clip his human shared shows the dog doing his nightly tasks, which mostly focuses on his favorite thing. He needs his blankie! That much is for sure.

In the video, the dog dragged his blanket up the stairs. He's so careful with it! It's his beloved object after all. The dog then brought the blanket with him as he walked to his bed. Have you ever seen a dog make his bed before? Well now you have!

"He brings his blanket up himself every single night," the video's caption reads.

People in the comments section were smitten.

"He knows what he likes, sweet boy," praised one commenter.

"With his blannkieeeee," chimed in someone.

"Have a good night sleep," added another commenter.

"Benny just wants to be snuggled up," wrote one person.

What Time Do Dogs Go to Bed?

Bedtime is a little different if you're a dog. So what time do they go to bed anyway? It varies from dog to dog, but in general dogs will sync their sleeping hours to your schedule.

How long they'll sleep depends on their age. Puppies need around 18 to 20 hours of sleep, while adult dogs need about 10 to 14. Not all of that dozing is done at night, however. Dogs like to snooze throughout the day. They need all that beauty rest!
