Labradors Cool off With a Pool Party and Sweet Summer Treats

If Labrador Retrievers had a summertime motto, it would be, "Dogs just want to have fun!" There's no doubt that the pups in a recent TikTok video have exactly one priority during the hottest months of the year... staying cool and enjoying every minute of it!

Two Labradors, Ollie and his brother Tato, have an activity jar filled with fun enrichment ideas written on tiny strips of paper. Mom lets them pull from the jar every so often, and their latest pick was a backyard pool party.

The dogs couldn't wait to get their pool out and set up, though something tells me they needed a little help from their mom. Ollie grabs the hose and drags it across the yard. Tato then gets his paws on it and sprays water all over them, but he doesn't really do much to fill the pool.

Ultimately, Mom sorted everything out, and the pups had to wait a bit while the hose filled the pool. Meanwhile, the Labradors made good use of their time and put on their swimsuits.

Honestly, I wasn't prepared for their swimsuit modeling scene, but I laughed out loud when I saw them. It's worth watching for yourself, so I won't spoil it too much. Just picture dogs in bikinis!

If you watched the entire video (and I hope you did), you'll likely enjoy the comment section, especially the reactions to the "swimsuit" reveal.

One TikToker said, "Not Tato with his own pair of tatoes! He worked so hard fighting that water noodle!"

Another follower mentioned, "No matter what my day is, I see these videos and my worries just seem to go away, even if it's just for one minute, the most beautiful boys in the world."

One of my favorite parts of @good.boy.ollie's videos is the commentary from Ollie's point of view. This makes the videos tons of fun to watch and really relatable for other pet parents.
