Rock Hill again awarded state grant to Knowledge Park Innovation Center
The S.C. Department of Commerce has again awarded the Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation a $250,000 grant to support the Knowledge Park Innovation Center.
The Rock Hill Economic Development Corp. has partnered with Rock Hill’s public schools and higher education institutions to pursue technology talent development programs, and attract and grow technology-intensive businesses as part of Rock Hill's Knowledge Park collaborative initiative.
RHEDC was awarded a $250,000 grant in May 2014 during the first round of funding.
The Innovation Challenge, a funding opportunity through the state Department of Commerce Office of Innovation, supports the state’s efforts to build high-growth businesses.
