Here’s when a new learning center and medical offices will join a Fort Mill biz site
A new learning center and medical office building are the next phase of growth at a busy Fort Mill business site.
MPV Properties announced Huntington Learning Center will open at The Crossing at Doby’s Bridge. The more than 2,300-square-foot space is at Fort Mill Parkway, North Dobys Bridge Road and Holbrook Road. It’s in early construction and should be ready by June, according to the real estate company.
The announcement comes as construction continues on an Atrium Health medical office building. The 20,000-square-foot standalone building is at Fort Mill Parkway and Holbrook. Construction should wrap up there this fall, ahead of a late 2022 opening.
Huntington and Atrium additions will add to the Crossing center that already has Blue Bar & Smokehouse, Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery, Creative Kids, Doby’s Bridge Pediatric Dentistry, Fort Mill Dental and Public Storage.
The Huntington site is the fifth in greater Charlotte and the second in South Carolina. Huntington locations offer K-12 tutoring, test preparation and other learning services.
Atrium has eight Fort Mill locations that span family medicine, pediatric, orthopedic, internal medicine and other services.
