A new physical therapy clinic in Fort Mill just opened. Here’s what it offers

BenchMark Physical Therapy

A new physical therapy clinic is open in Fort Mill.

The Fort Mill-Doby’s Bridge clinic at 908 Smithfield Way, suite 104 is part of BenchMark Physical Therapy. The clinic offers outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, manual therapy, injury prevention, return to performance, total joint replacement and pelvic health programs.

The clinic is open 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday. It’s in the Arden Mill subdivision, across Fort Mill Parkway from River Trail Elementary School.

Melissa Terpstra is clinic director. Terpstra has more than 15 years experience with outpatient orthopedic care and is a women’s health specialist. Terpstra also is certified in dry needling.

There are more than 20 Benchmark clinics in the Charlotte region, including six in York and Lancaster counties. There are multiple Rock Hill sites along with clinics in Lake Wylie, Tega Cay and Indian Land.
