SouthPark mall adding new retailers, including a trendy Canadian apparel brand
SouthPark mall is preparing for the opening of five stores, including Swiss watchmakers in one boutique and interior design showrooms.
The new stores will join about 170 other retailers at the high-end shopping center at 4400 Sharon Road in Charlotte.
Here’s what to expect and when, mall owner Simon said Tuesday:
- TileBar: The “immersive showroom” showcases the wall and floor tile with thousands of styles and finishes for kitchens, baths and interiors for homeowners and designers. Located at The Village at SouthPark, the store will open in April.
- Garage: The Montreal-based young women’s clothing brand has “elevated basics to everyday essentials” with monthly drops. The store is expected to open in June near the dining pavilion.
- A Material Good: Three iconic Swiss watchmakers — IWC Schaffhausen, Panerai and Jaeger-LeCoultre — will debut a joint venture boutique between Kodak Group and Material Good in the mall’s luxury wing. It’s expected to open in June.
- Suitsupply: A European fashion men’s suit company made with Italian fabrics sourced from mills such as Larusmiani and Vitale Barberis Canonico. The store is expected to open this year.
- Arhaus: A home furnishing brand known for artisan-crafted furniture and décor is relocating and expanding at The Village at SouthPark with a standalone showroom. Located between Michael Kors and Coach, the store will open in July.
