Carowinds will debut a newly-expanded kids’ area called Camp Snoopy for the spring 2018 season.

Formerly known as Planet Snoopy, Camp Snoopy will feature five new rides and a climb-and-play area.

Camp Snoopy features rides such as:

▪  Camp Bus, which lifts guests into the air and back down to the ground

▪  PEANUTS Trailblazers, allowing guests to get behind the wheel of a Jeep-themed vehicle on a small, round speedway

▪  Kite Eating Tree, where guests ride along in a kite vehicle which travels up and down a tree

▪  Pig Pen’s Mud Buggies, where guests rotate around the popular Pig Pen character while bouncing on a bump ride

▪  Woodstock Whirlybirds, where kids spin around in an oversized bird’s nest

Camp Snoopy also offers an 8,000-square-foot, climb-and-play area named Beagle Scout Acres. The area includes a fenced-in toddler area, slides, and plenty of structures to climb.

Carowinds also is offering a Pre-K Pass, a season pass offering free admission to children ages three to five.

Online pre-registration is required.
