Rock Hill closing Black Street in front of City Hall for eclipse viewing

Rock Hill officials will close Black Street in front of city hall Monday afternoon for an eclipse viewing event.

Black Street in front of city hall will close at 1 p.m. and re-open at 4 p.m., Rock Hill police said.

Detour signs will direct traffic around the area.
