Charges in March arrest dismissed against Rock Hill man
Charges have been dismissed against a Rock Hill man charged by police in March 2017, court records show.
Earlier this month prosecutors dismissed the charges against Derron Javier McRae, 45, in connection to a Rock Hill Police Department arrest in March. McRae had been charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession with intent to distribute hash oil, records show.
McRae and a second person had been arrested, York County Clerk of Court records show.
