Labor Day: York County, Rock Hill offices will be closed
All York County offices, the 16 collection and recycling centers and the landfill will close Sept. 4 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
Rock Hill’s city offices, including the town hall, also will be closed for that holiday. However, trash pickup for city customers will continue on a normal schedule.
All county offices will resume normal operations on Sept. 5.
