A Rock Hill man was charged Thursday night with exposing himself to a woman – after he called 911 himself and hung up, according to a York County Sheriff’s Office report.

A Rock Hill woman said Bobby Lee Cloud, 58, was working on her home with a group of construction workers laying concrete in the driveway, the report says.

She told deputies Cloud came to the back door of her home and said he felt like he was going to pass out, the report says. She said she let Cloud use the restroom.

The woman told officers when he came out, he sat down and she “noticed that his pants’ zipper was down, and he was touching himself,” the report says.

She told officers she told him to get out, the report says. He walked outside, she said, and then asked: “Are we cool?”

The woman said she locked her doors as soon as he left and reported Cloud to her home builder.

Cloud was arrested at about 9:15 p.m. Thursday after he called 911 and immediately hung up, the report says.

Cloud was charged with exposure of private parts in a lewd manner and is being held at the York County Detention Center on a $2,382.50 bond.
