Christmas parade lovers turn out in York despite rain, cooler temps
The marching band huddled under the awning at the First Baptist Church in spiffy new uniforms as their instruments were unloaded from a truck.
Then the rain started.
The York Comprehensive High School band and other parade participants skipped marching in the York Christmas parade Wednesday because of rain.
More showers could be in store Thursday. There is a 30 percent chance of rain, according to the National Weather Service.
