Lanes reopened after wreck shuts down part of I-77 in Chester County

EMS and police officials temporarily shut down traffic flow on Interstate 77 in Chester County on Thursday late afternoon after a wreck just south of Richburg.

Lanes reopened just after 6 p.m.

The S.C. Highway Patrol reported a car wreck with injuries in the area of mile marker 59 on the northbound side of the interstate. Officials said the wreck happened around 4:40 p.m.
