Shot fired in bathroom of Rock Hill store

Someone fired a gun in the bathroom of the Northern Tools and Equipment store in Rock Hill.

Sometime on Monday, a loud bang went off in the store on Stanton Drive. It was a busy time at the store and several heard the sound, but they “did not think anything of it,” according to a Rock Hill Police Report.

Then on Tuesday morning, a worker went into the men’s bathroom and noticed a bullet hole in the ground next to a toilet, the report states. Police confirmed the damage was caused by a firearm.

Officials do not know who fired the weapon.
