Police are investigating a possible drowning after a 21-year-old man was found Wednesday at the bottom of a swimming pool at a Rock Hill home.
The man’s mother told police she left the home on Hartfort Court at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday and found her son at the bottom of the pool in their backyard when she returned home at about 2:30 p.m., according to a police report. Two neighbors came over when she called for help.
Paramedics were performing CPR on the man when officers arrived, police said, but they were unable to revive him.
The death remains under investigation.
